Not the entire costume, but the feather/hairpiece part. DA is stupid and doesn't give me enough characters to name my tutorial properly.

I decided to make this tutorial because when I went looking online for how to make the feather hairpiece THERE WERE NONE. There were a billion and one forums for "how do I attach this to my hair?" but nothing for "how do I make this?" so this solves both problems!

I never thought of attaching the fabric/boa piece to a head band. I just clip mine in every time but this seems a lot easier though if doing any dancing I would still clip it in just to be safe. Great idea!
Another project to add to my Princess Tutu Cosplay overhaul list. :D Thank you!

Did you happen to check on ballet sites? I've seen several around but on older websites for a Swan lake head piece which is essentially what that is..

Cosplaying is fairly expensive if you buy everything ready-made. This is an alternative for cosplayers who make their costumes.

It was for a tutorial on how to make a head piece so it will last not to purchase. As a junior costumer I understand the expense many make in doing cos-play but the ones that I was referencing can be made for under $10 when a professional head piece can cost $20-30
